Grodziskie - Bière de blé fumée - 2,7%

A refreshing blond beer of high fermentation. Pale Ale malt, Nelson Sauvin & Citra hops. Very flavored, it release fruity and herbal aromas, lychee, citruses, coriander. Slight bitterness. This thirst beer will surprise you with its bouquet and power.

Hoppy Lager - 4.5 %.

Wheat IPA, brewed with local malt from organic farming. Single hop Vic Secret.
Dyslexic wheat beer, its ethereal color masks powerful and fruity aromas, a passion fruit nose and mouth with a slight bitterness.

Hoppy Red Ale - 5,3%

Thirsty stout! This beer, a reissue of the brew made with Agrivoise "Gard à la Bière II", is a thirst-quenching session black IPA. Strongly hopped for its low alcohol content, it is an easy to drink in all circumstances. Centennial and Mosaic dominant .

Ikebana is the name of the art of Japanese flower arranging. Applied to beer, the result is a light IPA, a clever blend of flowery flavors from multiple hops. Powerful but balanced beer.

Stronggus Distillate developed in partnership with the Monn Light Spirits distillery

Available in a 50 cl silk-screened and wax-sealed stoneware bottle.

40% alc/vol

Distilled in 2020 and 2021, this whisky, crafted at the Ouroboros brewery and distilled by Moonlight Spirits, aged for five years in Bourbon and Scotch whisky casks in the brewery's cellars. It survived fires and floods, maturing in a ruined building, and was finally bottled in the same, newly restored brewery !

This blend of four casks (one of which was finished in a mead cask) produces a nectar with complex, fruity aromas and a hint of peat.
