A refreshing blond beer of high fermentation. Pale Ale malt, Nelson Sauvin & Citra hops. Very flavored, it release fruity and herbal aromas, lychee, citruses, coriander. Slight bitterness. This thirst beer will surprise you with its bouquet and power.

Ikebana is the name of the art of Japanese flower arranging. Applied to beer, the result is a light IPA, a clever blend of flowery flavors from multiple hops. Powerful but balanced beer.

Round, roasted, yet light, with flowery aromas from the "Mandarina Bavaria" hops and the fruit of the sacrifice of the muses, who have not been able to satisfy our need for inspiration.

India stout - 7%.

IPA brewed with rye and honey, the first in a line of anticosmic beers. Or how to mix conflicting sensations ...
Golden colored, with a powerfull resinous nose, soft on the palate with floral notes, a dry finish where the bitterness ends up surpassing the sweetness of honey.

Honey RyePA - 8%.

Double IPA. Beer with pronounced bitterness and a very long mouth. Malty, very fragrant, resinous. The first impression is soft and creamy, and gradually brings the palate towards a sweet and fruity scented astringency, without the alcohol being too noticeable.

Imperial IPA - 9.5%.

A unique ... or almost ... and collaborative brew made at the Ouroboros Brewery with the active participation of Sabotage brewers. An explosion of exotic fruits obtained thanks to a double dry-hopping, on a soft and round malty base fermented with a chardonnay yeast.
